Parking terms
Last updated: [TO CONFIRM: date]
1. Who we are
The car park is operated by Wholesale Fruit Centre (Bristol) Limited, registered in England & Wales No. 00815660, Administration Building, Albert Crescent, St Philips Marsh, Bristol BS2 0YQ ("we", "us"). Contact the gatehouse on 0117 977 1655 or bookings@templequarterparking.co.uk.
2. Your booking
A booking is confirmed only when payment has been verified and we have shown or sent you a booking reference. A booking covers one vehicle, identified by the registration you give us, for the period booked.
- One day (£8): one calendar day, [TO CONFIRM: access times, e.g. 00:00–23:59, or opening hours].
- Monday–Friday (£30): Monday to Friday of one calendar week, starting on the Monday you choose. Weekends are not included. [TO CONFIRM: whether overnight parking between weekdays is included].
Prices include VAT where applicable. [TO CONFIRM: VAT treatment of parking income with accountants]
3. Using the car park
- Follow on-site signs and instructions from gatehouse staff.
- Park within a designated space and keep access routes, loading areas and the market's operational areas clear.
- Re-entry during your booked period: [TO CONFIRM].
- Vehicle limits: [TO CONFIRM: cars and small vans only; maximum height/length; no commercial vehicles, trailers or caravans].
- Accessibility: [TO CONFIRM: accessible spaces available / how to request].
- Vehicles left beyond the booked period, or parked in breach of these terms: [TO CONFIRM: additional charges, or removal policy].
4. Changes, cancellations and refunds
[TO CONFIRM: cancellation policy, e.g. "You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your booking starts by contacting the gatehouse. After that, bookings are non-refundable."]
Refunds are made to the original payment card through SumUp. If we have to cancel your booking (for example because the car park is unexpectedly unavailable) we will refund you in full.
5. Liability
Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner's risk. We do not accept liability for loss of or damage to vehicles or contents except where caused by our negligence or breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights are not affected. [TO CONFIRM: wording with insurers/solicitors]
6. CCTV
CCTV operates at the car park for safety and security. See our privacy notice.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
