Who is responsible for your information

What we collect and why
- Booking details – your name, email address, mobile number, vehicle registration, dates booked and payment status. We use these to take and manage your booking, let you onto the car park, send your confirmation and deal with queries. Lawful basis: performance of a contract with you.
- Payment – card payments are processed by SumUp. We never see or store your full card details. SumUp gives us the payment outcome and a transaction reference.
- CCTV – images recorded at the car park for safety, security and the prevention and detection of crime. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in keeping the site safe. Retention: [TO CONFIRM, e.g. 30 days].
Who we share it with
Our service providers, who process information on our behalf: SumUp (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and booking database) [and Resend (confirmation emails), if used]. We may also share information where required by law, for example with the police.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations. [TO CONFIRM against each provider's terms]
How long we keep it
